Supervision

Hanit is a clinical supervisor with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

Hanit has held various clinical supervision roles where she effectively utilized multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement customized innovative and evidence-based mental health programs which delivered impactful outcomes. She provides effective clinical supervision, coaching, guidance, mentorship, and consultation to credentialed psychotherapists and students who require supervision to complete their training, as well as to credentialed psychotherapists seeking on-going support and professional development.

Hanit’s supervision style is founded on Carl Roger’s person-centered principal as she is keen on developing a progressive working relationship with the supervisee by creating an atmosphere that promotes empowerment, trust, integrity, self-motivation, self-confidence, learning, and professional growth. Hanit also diligently ensures excellence in clinical supervision by encouraging greater adherence to Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs) as it plays a critical role in upholding and maintaining professional standards.
